- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I scheduled an appointment for my Son and had to cancel it due to unforeseen things that happened throughout the day. I forgot to call because I had an accident. I was refused treatment for my 10yr old because of a $25 balance. I told his assistant that I didn't have it. They refused to see my Son and he has asthma and needs a new pump. He also has a rash on his left arm. I'm in disbelief that he was refused treatment because of $25. I asked the lady at the front desk to ask him was he sure he wasn't going to see him because of $25 that was on the account. She returned and told me that Dr.Reeves said he didn't care and wasn't going to see him. I told her that in fact he would loose three patients behind this. She hunked her shoulders and said he told me to do whatever I had to do. In the meantime I'm headed to Baptist East Pediatric emergency room to get my Son treated. I wouldn't refer a soul to this office on Stage Rd.November 15, 2017by Tyren Henley
