- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This place is a terrible receiver. Got here one hour before my 12:30 appointment. They gave me a door finally at 6:15 pm. Teresa Billings is in charge it seems. And she has no customer service skills at all. She said herself "you got here at 11:30?oh we need more then an hour before your appointment to get you in. It's gonna be a long time before we can get to you". So lame. Teresa go back to KFC or McDonald's you have no business running a receiving facility like this one. Just look at the comments.
