I need whoever is in charge of the hospItalian to contact me asap before I hire a malpractice lawyer!!! This is the second time that I am cc posting a review because although the nursing situation was fixed, the doctors are acting a fool!!! Trauma literally came in here accused my brother of being a junkie and told him they needed his pain level to be at a 2 to discharge him. Then xray came and made my brother WALK to the effing gurney less than 24hrs after he had his hip broken for a bone graft on the same leg that he is not supposed to be baring any weight on due to his ankle and leg surgery!!! What the hell is that. Oh and the anesthesiologist that put the nerve block in my brothers shoulder and hip decided that they were not going to order the med that get attached to the nerve block. So we had to hunt down another anesthesiologist after his nerve block wore off and she wanted to cop an attitude about it. I need someone to contact me NOW!!! Or I'm hiring an effing lawyer because this hospital is ridiculous.

I recently moved to the area and shortly after that I found out that I was pregnant. I saw an OB/GYN mid-wife at one of the satellite offices who only confirmed that I was pregnant by giving me a cup to go urine (no blood was drawn). Then I was informed that I need to be referred to a Maternal Fetal Medicine "high-risk" doctor. Another week or so has gone by with no call so I called them several times and never received a call back until days later. My first appointment with Maternal Fetal Medicine was 3 weeks away and I'm thinking this is crazy and I'm "high-risk". I go to the appointment at 9 weeks pregnant and nobody ever gives me an exam. They just asked me questions and then I'm dismissed...wow! I had pain when I became 16 weeks and was told to go to the ER. The doctor called me back after 3 hours and sat me in a corner in a folding chair and asked was I pregnant, put his hand on my stomach, and told me to go back to the waiting room. That was really strange. I had a few problems since then and I'll leave message after message and nobody ever calls back (maybe twice many days later). I had to call in the middle of the night and the doctor that was on-call asked me whose my doctor and I tell him and his response was "we don't have a doctor by that name." I was blown away. I developed a cough about a month ago. The nurse kept telling me to get some Robitussin. I did and it didn't work. Then I was prescribed an asthma pump and that didn't work. Then I was told to go to Labor and Delivery. I said for a cough ... what the hell. I never went because I feel like I'm just an experiment patient. I'm now 22 weeks and I've only seen my doctor one time...very strange. The reception staff is rude. The facility isn't clean. I'm really nervous and scared about the care going forward. As of today, no doctor or nurse has touched (examined) me. I've never received "high-risk" care like this before in my life. I also think the staff should not just assume you have Medicaid insurance from the state. They should ask what kind of insurance you have before assuming. I do not recommend this hospital to anyone. I'm horrified and trying to find a new high-risk doctor.

My nephew and sister were almost killed due to their lack of knowledge. They cut her even though she had requested a c section and they told her no. One of her veins was servered, she waited on the floor for a hour after she fell waiting for help. They haven’t checked her stitches. They have no clue what they are doing. I recommend going somewhere else.
