  My family has used this Clinic so i thought they would be good, i went in for a pregnancy test and i was prescribed my prenatals and i thought everything was okay and i was 6 weeks at the time i went in today at 11 weeks and 5 days and my insurance has not sent me anything so i asked what should i do because this is my first child, the nurse at the front desk was very helpful and told me to call and she said i could possibly get it through today so i wont have to pay, and i told her i was there for an Ultrasound and then i asked how much it would be all together to start my prenatal care and i was aware that the Ultra sound would be $200 in total i was told that last time i went, and she told me i could start my prenatal care and get my ultra-sound for $300 all together then i asked about payment options and she said since i was 11 weeks that i could pay $200 today for both then another $200 next time i came in, she said its $300 when you are 12 weeks, so i said thank you and went to call the insurance, the one they gave me CoverKids, did not approve me so they gave me a number to call to get TennCare so i called them filled out my application and i was eligible so i then called TennCare to see if they could fax and a paper to the clinic saying i was eligible so i wouldnt have to pay that much all in one day and she said i would have to fill out another application to get a temporary card but if i paid the clinic today that they would refund me all of my money, so i proceeded after 2 hours of getting that settled i went back in and it was a new nurse at the front and i explained to her about the $200 the other nurse told me about and she called that nurse up to ask and she came up and explained to her and she said the doctor would not do that, that i would have to pay $300 upfront to start that, so she told me i should wait until the insurance came through that if i wasnt bleeding or already losing my child that it would be okay to wait 30-45 days before i make sure my baby is okay so i refused and said talk to the doctor because i need to start now, id rather be safe than sorry, so she did and 30 mins later she came back and told me that now i would have to pay $300 if i want an ultrasound and $300 more if i wanted to start prenatal care so She went from $300 for both to $600 for both, im 19 working a part time job, i make $500 a month so i cant just drop $600 and it really pissed me off how rude and arrogant she was.
