  The worst mistake I could have done was deciding to go to Dove Dentistry for my dental needs. The person in charge of billing hasn't a clue on how to process claims, don't follow up, refused to finish my work until the secondary insurance pay. Between me and my husband, I was forced to pay out of pocket for over $2000 worth of work that the insurance will eventually pay, or walk around with a missing tooth. I have yet to be told why I had to pay when they verified both insurances prior to the work being done. I'm still waiting on my refund for work that started in February of this year. My temporary crown fell out three times, I still can't floss on the top left side of my mouth. I have extreme sensitivity. My gums have yet to heal from the hygienist attempting to force the cement from between my teeth after realizing she didn't remove it in time. When Dr Dove completed my fillings no one used articulating paper to ensure my fillings were set. I had to return three time for this to be corrected. Once was at the Covington Pike location. Now I have to waste time allowing someone else to complete my mouth. They think addressing me as ma'am and my husband as sir is professional, that's called polite. They are unprofessional and clueless in regards to customer service. Lastly, I had to email and fax over my own claims to be processed in a timely manner which leads me to wonder what was the purpose of Kayla the disrespectful billing person who stated calling corporate was useless. Beware!
