  Dr Bingham has treated several members of our family for a number of years. He has treated my husband for enlarged prostate/elevated PSA for several years, & actually my husband received care at Mayo Clinic for another medical problem & also saw a urologist while there for a second opinion for the prostate issues. The dr there completely agreed with everything Dr Bingham had done which was a great confirmation that he was receiving the best care here in Memphis. Dr Bingham is kind, caring & 'down to earth', besides being very professional, intelligent & competent in his field. I highly recommend him.

  I called to make an appointment and they said they took my insurance. So I go thinking everything is lined up. Later I get a bill in the mail with out any insurance information. I called the office and the woman said, I am sorry we don't take your insurance. I said, mam I called and lined all of this up with your office and they said they took my insurance. Well there is nothing we can do. I said, this is bad business and i am really dissapointed! She was very rude and condescending and when she said she would look into it, I asked her did she have my number? I heard a pause, then she hung up on me! Not to mention the doctors bed aide manner was atrocious! He ran some test, asked me some questions and then began to write a script. I said ok. What could do to avoid having issues in the future. He said bluntly, nothing. I said surely there is something I can do. He said, oh you are one of those people! I was like, do wha!!! Do not go to this doctor if you are expecting care. They are rude and do not care about their customers.
